Before you join
Fluent Tech Talk is designed to be realistic for busy tech professionals. You do not need hours every day — but you do need to show up, practise, and use the feedback.
01 How much time do I need each week? +
Most members spend around 30–60 minutes on the worksheet and audio practice, depending on their level.
You also join one 60-minute live speaking session each week. Between sessions, you get speaking prompts so you can keep practising and build confidence faster.
02 What time are the sessions? +
Current live session times are Wednesday 9:00 PM, Thursday 10:00 PM, and Thursday 11:00 PM Taipei time.
If you cannot find a time that works, send me a message. I am open to adding more time slots as the community grows.
03 What if I can’t make it to a lesson? +
Nothing is lost. You can watch the class recording and review the key examples, corrections, and explanations.
You can also simply book the next available time slot that works for you.
04 Do I have to pick one fixed time every week? +
No. There are several time slots open for this reason.
You can choose the time that works for you each week. If your schedule changes, you can change your session time too.
05 Are the classes recorded? +
Yes. Class recordings are included, so you can review examples, explanations, corrections, useful phrases, and key takeaways after the session.
06 Who is Fluent Tech Talk for? +
It is for tech professionals who already understand English but want to speak more clearly, naturally, and confidently at work.
This includes software engineers, QA engineers, designers, product managers, data specialists, DevOps engineers, and other professionals who work with international teams or clients.
07 Who is this not for? +
It is not for complete beginners who cannot follow a simple English conversation yet.
It is also not for people who only want grammar theory or passive learning. This is a speaking membership, so you need to be willing to practise.

No. Interviews are one part of workplace English, but Fluent Tech Talk is broader.
We practise meetings, project updates, explaining technical decisions, asking for help, handling questions, negotiating scope, giving opinions, and natural small talk.
09 Is there practice between classes? +
Yes. You get worksheets, audio practice, and speaking prompts between classes.
These tasks help you prepare before the live session and keep practising after it, so the language becomes easier to use naturally.
10 Can I join if I’m nervous speaking English? +
Yes. That is exactly why the program exists.
You will practise in a supportive small-group environment with structure, useful language, and feedback. You do not need to sound perfect before joining.
11 What level do I need? +
Fluent Tech Talk is best for people who can already understand everyday English and want to become clearer, more natural, and more confident in work situations.
You do not need perfect grammar. But you should be able to join a basic conversation and understand simple instructions in English.
12 Can I cancel monthly? +
Yes. If you choose the monthly plan, you can cancel your monthly membership anytime.
The 6-month plan is a one-time payment and includes 3 private 45-minute 1:1 progress review sessions.
