The workshop showed you what needs to change

After the workshop, the problem is probably clearer. You do not need more random English study. You need a better way to practise speaking for the situations that actually happen at work: meetings, interviews, project updates, technical explanations, and unexpected questions.

Understanding the method is useful, but it is not enough. You become more confident only when you practise speaking again and again, get corrected, improve your answers, and learn to express your ideas more naturally.

That is why I created this 6-week live small-group program. It takes what you saw in the workshop and turns it into structured speaking practice.

This is the gap we practise closing

Your English knowledge is not the only issue. The real challenge is speaking clearly when the conversation is live, fast, and unpredictable.

When a manager asks for an update, a teammate pushes back, or a client asks a follow-up question, you do not have time to write a perfect answer first. You have to think, organise, and speak at the same time.

That is a skill. And like any skill, it improves with guided practice, not with more passive study.

Why self-study is not always enough

Most tech professionals do not struggle because they are lazy or "bad at English." They struggle because most English practice is too passive or too general.

You can watch videos, save useful phrases, read articles, or prepare scripts, and still freeze when a manager asks, "Can you give us a quick update?" or a client asks, "Why did you choose this approach?"

Workplace speaking is an active skill. You need to practise thinking and speaking at the same time. Guided practice gives you what self-study usually cannot: live speaking, correction, feedback, and a chance to improve your answer right away.

Instead of only learning phrases, you practise using them in the moment:

✓ justify a decision under pressure
✓ push back without sounding rude
✓ explain a blocker clearly
✓ respond when the conversation goes off-script
✓ sound professional even when you are not 100% sure yet

What can change after 6 weeks

The goal is not perfect English. The goal is that you feel more prepared for the conversations you already need to have. You can start to:

explain what you built or contributed to with clearer structure

describe your thinking without getting lost in long, messy sentences

give progress updates that sound organised and professional

handle follow-up questions with less panic

push back on timelines, scope, or expectations more respectfully

explain decisions with better reasons, trade-offs, and examples

join small talk before and after meetings with more confidence

You may still need practice after the program. But you will have a stronger speaking foundation for the situations where your English matters most.

INSIDE THE 6 WEEKS

One real work conversation each week

These are the moments where many tech professionals freeze, over-prepare, or sound less confident than they really are. Each week, you practise one of them live, with guidance and feedback.

1

Explain what you built or contributed to

Describe your work and your thinking clearly, so clients and colleagues understand what you did and why.

2

Negotiate timelines, scope, and expectations

Set realistic expectations and say "I can do X by Friday, but not Y" in a way that sounds professional, not difficult.

3

Justify your decisions under pressure

When someone asks "why did you do it this way?", give clear reasons and trade-offs without sounding defensive.

4

Give progress updates and align on next steps

Summarise what is done, flag what is blocked, and confirm everyone is on the same page before the meeting ends.

5

Handle questions, pushback, and uncertainty

Field difficult questions, disagree respectfully, and say "I don't know yet" in a way that still sounds competent.

6

Build rapport through natural small talk

Start and sustain casual conversation before and after meetings, and find common ground with international colleagues and clients.

Active speaking practice, not passive learning

Inside the program, you will not just listen to me explain English. You will use English. Each lesson gives you a clear structure, so you know what to say, how to organise your answer, and how to improve it. Each lesson usually looks like this:

1

Learn useful language for one workplace situation

2

See examples of clear, professional answers

3

Practise saying your own answer out loud

4

Get correction and feedback

The goal is to make practice feel safe, structured, and relevant, not scary or random. You will speak, but you will not be thrown into difficult conversations without support.

REAL STUDENTS

Tech professionals who practised this way

Haylee wanted to improve the way she spoke in interviews. We worked on explaining her experience and answering questions more clearly and confidently. After practising this way, she received a software engineering offer.

Haylee · Software Engineer

Daniel wanted to sound clearer and more confident when presenting his work in client meetings. We worked on structure, vocabulary, and explaining technical ideas so others could follow. He became far more comfortable speaking about his work in professional situations.

Daniel · Software Engineer

Matt and Kai both worked on interview communication: answering questions, explaining their experience, and speaking with more structure under pressure. Both later received job offers.

Results are not guaranteed, and the goal is not a specific job outcome. The goal is structured, guided speaking practice so you can express yourself more clearly in the situations that matter to you.

Who this program is for

It is a good fit if you:

✓ work in tech, or want to work in an international tech environment
✓ need English for meetings, interviews, project updates, or client conversations
✓ understand English reasonably well, but struggle to speak naturally
✓ often prepare what to say, but feel less confident when the conversation changes
✓ want practical speaking practice, not just grammar or vocabulary study
✓ are willing to speak during lessons, even if your English is not perfect

It is probably not for you if you:

✗ want a passive course where you only watch videos
✗ are looking for general English, beginner grammar, or casual conversation with no workplace focus
✗ do not want to speak, make mistakes, and try again

You do not need perfect English to join. You need enough English to have a basic conversation, and a willingness to practise.

My promise to you

I cannot promise your English will be perfect in 6 weeks. And I cannot promise you will never feel nervous again.

But I can promise that if you show up, complete the weekly practice, send your speaking tasks, and take the feedback seriously, you will not be practising randomly anymore. You will know what to work on, get regular speaking practice, receive feedback on your real answers, and have a clearer structure for the conversations that matter most.

THE GUARANTEE

Complete the 6 weeks seriously. If I do not hear improvement in your speaking, you can join the next round for free.

Not because improvement happens magically, but because when you practise consistently, get corrected, and repeat the right work situations, your speaking has a much better chance to become clearer, more natural, and more useful at work.
